You will enjoy a delicious breakfast to start the day off right, served as a buffet in the breakfast room from 7:30 am to 10:00 am at a rate of € 19 per person, and € 10 for children under 10 years old.

Our new chef, Guillaume Keller , straight from the Côte d'Azur and who has worked for many years with starred chefs (including Edouard Loubet), will introduce you to his floral and vegetal culinary universe .
He will surprise you with his refined and creative cuisine with tangy tastes.

Chef Guillaume Keller makes it a point of honor to work with products from Ariège and the South-West of France.
